4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District School Complex No. 4. J. Wejhera In Wejherowo In Accordance With The Design Documentation - Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Additionally Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 4 To The Specification) And Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 5 To The Specification). The Area Where The Works Are To Be Carried Out Includes Buildings A And B - According To The Site Plan Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Specifications And Drawings Contained In The Detailed Design For The Construction Industry. Ventilation Works Will Be Carried Out Only In The Gymnasium Located In Building B. The Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To The Specification, And Result From Legal Provisions.
