The Scope Of The Order Includes: • Waste Protection In Accordance With Regulations (Packing); • Preparation For Transport And Loading Of Materials Containing Asbestos; • Clearing The Place Where The Service Is Provided From Waste In A Way That Prevents Its Emission Into The Environment; • Transport Of Received Materials Containing Asbestos; • Depositing (Transferring Waste To A Landfill With An Appropriate Permit For The Disposal Of Hazardous Waste) And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos In The Amount Of 190 Mg. • The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 5 Of The Swz Is An Estimate And Was Determined On The Basis Of Data Declared By Residents. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Material Scope Of The Order In Relation To The Estimated Quantities Referred To In Section 1, Provided That The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order To A Minimum Extent Of 50% Of The Quantity Indicated In Point 5 Of The Tor. • If The Scope Is Larger Than The Declared One, The Final Value Of The Service Provided Will Result From The Cost Estimate And Will Depend On The Number Of Farms Interested In Providing The Service And The Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party. • The Collection Of Waste From The Property Will Be Confirmed By The Property Owner With A Legible Signature On The Waste Collection Confirmation, Which Contains At Least The Following Information: Surname And First Name Of The Property Owner From Whom The Asbestos-Containing Waste Is Collected, Address Of The Property From Which The Asbestos-Containing Waste Is Collected, Date Of Waste Collection, Amount Of Waste Collected, Legible Signature Of The Property Owner Confirming The Correct Performance Of The Service; • The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Unit Price And The Actual Waste Collected.
