1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Development Of Vocational Education In Węgrów County Task 1. Reconstruction Of The Existing Teaching Infrastructure Renovation Of The School Workshop Building - Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Order Concerns An Existing Building Located At Bohaterów Warszawy 10 In The City Of Węgrów. The Facility Is A Public Utility Building That Houses A Secondary School And Is In Constant Use.3. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 8 To The Swz), 2) Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, 3) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation, I.E.: A) Renovation Of External Partitions B) Insulation Of The Roof Roof C) Replacement Of External Windows D) Replacement Of External Doors E) Insulation Of External Walls F) Renovation Of The Building G) Construction Works H) Replacement Of Joinery Interiori) Renovation Of Walls And Ceilingsj) Renovation Of Floorsk) External Worksl) Renovation Of Electrical Installations) Photovoltaic Installationsn) Renovation Of Sanitary Installationso) Replacement Of Central Heating Installations4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 5) Transfer Of Copyrights To The Design Documentation And As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party.4. The Design Documentation Will Include Bills Of Quantities Prepared On The Basis Of Knr (Catalogues Of Material Outlays) And Sst For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Energy-Saving Technical Solutions At The Design And Subsequent Implementation Stage.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Using Materials With A Low Carbon Footprint, I.E. Ecological Materials That Do Not Emit Harmful Substances Into The Atmosphere, As Well As Those That Have Recycling Potential, Minimizing The Generation Of Construction Waste. Thermal Insulation Materials, Windows And Other Building Components Should Be Selected Based On Environmental Criteria, Such As Ecological Certificates And Their Impact On The Buildings Life Cycle.7. In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: - Perform Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Complete The Basic Works And Achieve The Assumed Goal; - Take Actions Aimed At Limiting The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Other Substances During The Implementation Of Construction Works; - Fulfill All Recommendations, Provisions And Obligations, Including Those Imposed On The Ordering Party And Resulting From Technical Conditions, Decisions, Permits, Arrangements, Opinions And Other Formal And Legal Documents And Provided By The Ordering Party At The Implementation Stage; - Updating Formal And Legal Documents In The Event That These Documents Lose Their Validity Or Obtain Missing Documents Necessary For The Implementation And Completion Of The Works - If Necessary;
