As Part Of The Planned Investment, It Is Expected To Perform All Necessary And Appropriate Works Specified In The Design Documentation, In Particular This Includes The Following Works: A. Expansion Of The Building With Two External Elevator Shafts In A Steel, Glazed Structure Along With The Construction Of Foundations, Enlargement Of Window Openings In The Facade In Order To Install Doors To The Elevator Shafts, Roofing Of The Shafts And Installation Of 2 Cranes; B. Carrying Out Construction Works Related To Changes In The Functional Layout Of The Facility, I.E. Unblocking Communication Routes Allowing Free Movement Around The Facility (Demolition Works, Finishing Works); C. Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of 7 Sanitary Facilities For The Needs Of Disabled People In Wheelchairs (Demolition Works, Construction Works, Installation Works, Making Tiles, Terracotta, Installation Of A Toilet Seat, Washbasin, Mirror, Handrails, Enlarging The Door Opening, Replacing The Entrance Doors To Sanitary Facilities, Etc.); D. Construction Works Related To The Replacement Of Doors To Rooms, Including Workshops And General Sanitary Facilities, With Doors With A Width Adapted To The Needs Of Wheelchair Users (Widening Door Openings, Replacing Door Joinery). E. Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled Along With The Reconstruction Of The Landing And Entrance Stairs From Franciszkańska Street; F. Construction Works Related To The Removal Of Non-Compliance With Technical And Construction Regulations Resulting From The Fire Expertise, Including: Installation Of Emergency And Evacuation Lighting In The Facility, Installation Of Fire Protection Windows. In The Fire Separation Wall, Fire Separation Of Staircases And Basements, Installation Of A Fire Protection Switch; G. Purchase And Installation Of A Stair Platform; H. Implementation Of A Visual Information System (Marking Rooms, Toilets, Technical Rooms, Elevators, Stairs, Typhlogographic Boards); The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities For The Task.
