Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Bus To Transport Children To School From The Jeleniewo Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Task Entitled: Purchase Of A Bus For The Needs Of Transporting Children To School From The Jeleniewo Commune 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Bus For The Purpose Of Transporting Children To School From The Jeleniewo Commune With A Minimum Of 30 Seats + 1 Seat For The Driver + 6 Standing Seats. 3. The Bus Cannot Have Advertising Inscriptions Or Markings Of Another Company, Excluding The Manufacturers Markings. 4. Devices And Components In The Bus Should Meet Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To This Tor - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Minimum Requirements For The Bus). The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters, Which The Contractor Should Present In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Submit Together With The Offer. 6. The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicle On His Own To The Ordering Partys Seat, I.E. To The Jeleniewo Commune Office, Ul. Słoneczna 3, 16-404 Jeleniewo. At The Time Of Collection, The Bus Must Be Fully Filled With Operating Fluids. 7. The Purchased Bus Will Be Intended For Purposes Related To The Implementation Of The Jeleniewo Communes Own Tasks In The Field Of Transporting School Children. 8. Formalities Regarding The Registration Of The Bus Are Borne By The Ordering Party. 9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Actual Technical Condition Of The Vehicle. The Technical Condition Will Be Checked At The Vehicle Inspection Station At The Contractors Expense. If Defects Are Detected In The Technical Condition Of The Vehicle, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Subject Of The Order And Refuse To Pay Remuneration Until Any Defects Are Removed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Detected Defects Within 14 Calendar Days. After This Time, The Ordering Party May Withdraw From The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor With Immediate Effect. 10. Whenever In This Tor And Its Annexes, The Subject Of The Order Was Defined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Etc., The Ordering Partys Intention Was To Present A Type Of Goods Meeting The Ordering Partys Requirements. Moreover, All Such Indications Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Therefore, It Is Permissible For The Contractor To Offer An Equivalent Solution That Will Guarantee No Worse Parameters, Technical, Quality And Functional Standards Than Those Indicated In The Swz. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Indicate In The Submitted Offer That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 11. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Places Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems
