The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services To The Konin County - District Labor Office In Konin In The Scope Of: 1) Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items To The Place Consistent With The Destination Address In Domestic And Foreign Trade, Weighing Up To 2000 G, 2) Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Postal Parcels To The Place Consistent With The Destination Address In Domestic And Foreign Trade, 3) Delivering Returned Parcels Postal Mail, After Exhausting All Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient, And Delivering Return Acknowledgments Of Receipt After Successful Delivery, 4) Delivering To The Ordering Party Parcels Posted At The Contractors Facilities.2. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.3. Estimated Number Of Parcels To Be Sent In The Above-Mentioned Period Was Specified In The Offer Form, Constituting Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Number Of Shipments May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Related To The Current Operation Of The Unit. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Complete 100% Of The Specified Shipment Quantities. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Minimum Percentage Of The Commitment That The Ordering Party Will Spend For The Purposes Of Executing The Order Is 25% Of The Total Value Of The Order Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form. Failure To Order The Maximum Number Of Shipments May Not Constitute The Subject Of Any Claim Against The Ordering Party By The Contractor.
