The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Management And Administration Of Buildings Owned By The Chojnice Municipality And Residential Premises Owned By The Chojnice Municipality.2. The Ordering Party Intends To Hand Over The Management And Administration To The Extent Not Exceeding Ordinary Management: Buildings Owned By The Chojnice Municipality (Including Commercial Premises) And Residential Premises Owned By The Chojnice Municipality In Housing Communities - Indicated In Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include In Particular: A) Financial And Accounting Services, B) Property Maintenance, Including: Inspecting Buildings, Assessing The Technical Condition, Keeping A Construction Book For The Managed Properties And Including All Records And Protocols Required By Law; Maintaining Common Use Rooms, Property Areas, Green Areas In Good Order And Cleanliness, As Well As Proper Preparation And Maintenance Of The Property In Winter; Concluding Contracts For Municipal Services, I.E. Supply Of Heat Energy, Water, Electricity, Sewage Disposal, Disposal Of Liquid Waste, Maintenance Of Order, Etc.; Immediate Removal Of Failures Related To The Operation Of Buildings And Premises And Related Equipment, C) Use Of Real Estate, Including: Concluding, On Behalf Of The Commune, Lease Agreements For Premises With Tenants Indicated By The Commune, Handing Over Premises To Tenants And Their Acceptance Upon The Written Order Of The Ordering Party, Based On The Handover Protocol; Organizing A Tenant Service Point In The Commune And Receiving Visitors 5 Days A Week From From 7.00 To 15.00.4.
