Service In The Field Of Mowing Meadows Of 34.3 Ha With Hay Collection As Part Of The Project: Management Of Bison Migration In Eastern Poland Activity: Mowing Of Meadows 34.3 Ha With Hay Collection.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Mowing Of 34.3 Ha Of Meadows In The Białowieża Forest District In 2026, As A Task Related To The Implementation Of Project No. Fepw.02.03-Iw.01-0003/24 Entitled Managing Bison Migration In Eastern Poland.2. The Works Include Mowing The Grass Once A Year In The Meadows Of The Biało-Wieża Forest District With An Area Of 34.3 Ha. The Location Of The Areas Covered By The Service Is Presented In The Table, Point 12. The Location Of The Areas And Their Size May Change. The Total Amount Of Mowing Of All Surfaces Combined Does Not Change. The Works Consist Of:• Mowing The Grass;• Scattering The Rolls Formed After Mowing;• Turning Over The Hay;• Raking Dry Hay Into Rolls (Required Humidity Up To 15%);• Collecting Hay In Bulk, Using A Self-Loading Trailer, Square Baler Or Baling Press (According To The Ordering Partys Instructions);• Delivering Hay To The Hay Fields Indicated By The Ordering Party And Its Unloading To The Wagons, After A Period Of 3 Weeks, Supplementing The Wagons With Hay To The Maximum Extent;• The Hay Will Be Used To Feed The Bisons.3. Mowing Should Be Done At A Height Of 5 - 15 Cm Above The Ground Surface.4. Do Not Use Circular Mowing From The Outside To The Center Of The Mowed Surface. It Is Recommended To Mow From A Strip Through The Center Of The Meadow To Its Edges.5. The Contractor Can Use Heavy Equipment On Most Surfaces, But Soil Damage Should Be Avoided. It Is Recommended To Mow With A Tractor On Twin Wheels - This Will Protect The Soil From Damage. Due To Periodically Difficult Terrain Conditions, The Ordering Party Allows For Manual Mowing Of Meadows On Approximately 50% Of The Area.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Functional Equipment And Auxiliary Tools And Has Appropriate Certificates For Them.7. The Meadows Will Be Handed Over For Mowing According To A Protocol (Based On The Order). The Ordering Party (Representative - Forester For Hunting With The Forester Or Sub-Forester Responsible For The Location Of The Meadows) Will Show The Boundaries Of The Areas Covered By The Above-Mentioned Treatments.8. In The Event Of Unfavorable Field Conditions Or Flooding Of Meadows With Water, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Not Mowing These Areas, Provided That The Contractor Mows A Meadow Of The Same Area Instead, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party.9. If Weather Conditions Do Not Allow Drying And Harvesting Of Hay, It Is Allowed To Deliver The Hay In Bulk And Manually Load It Into The Wagons From The Meadows Bordering The Białowieża Forest, Provided That The Mown Biomass From The Meadows Provided For In The Table, Point 12 Will Be Cleaned Up And Taken Outside The Białowieża Forest District.10. After Completing The Task, The Works Will Be Accepted According To
