Part 1 Of The Order - (Stage I) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Project Together With Materials For Obtaining A Zrid Decision, Detailed Design, Tender Materials And Carrying Out Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of National Road No. 60 On The Section From The Border Of The Masovian Voivodeship - Sieraków - Sierakówek (From Km 35+486 To Km 38+730) Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road With Lighting And Traffic Lights Along With With Pedestrian Crossings (Intersection Of Dk60 With District Roads No. 1419W And 1424W) - Stage I Covering The Expansion Of National Road No. 60 On The Section From Km 37+400 To Km 38+730, Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road With Lighting And Traffic Lights Together With Pedestrian Crossings (Intersection Of Dk60 With District Roads No. 1419W And 1424W). The Investment Is Located In The Masovian Voivodeship, In The Gostynin Poviat, In The Gostynin Commune, In The Towns Of Sieraków And Sierakówek, Along The National Road No. 60, On The Section From Km 37+400 To Km 38+730. The Developed Project (Subject Of This Order) Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Tender For The Implementation Of The Investment In The System Build For The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road With Lighting And Traffic Lights And Pedestrian Crossings (Intersection Of Dk60 With District Roads No. 1419W And 1424W). The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Required Decisions, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions, Including Preparing The Necessary Materials And Data For The Application For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions (Dśu) (If Necessary), Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Road Investment Project (Zrid) And Participate In Obtaining These Decisions By Modifying And Supplementing The Prepared Studies (If Necessary).
