The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of An Update Of The Adaptation Plan Of The City Of Bielsko-Biała To Climate Change In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Environmental Protection Law And The Provisions On Public Participation In Environmental Protection. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of The Analytical And Programmatic Part Of The Plan, The Concept Of Greening The City And The Management Of Rainwater And Meltwater, The Development Of Spatial Data And Graphic Materials, As Well As The Preparation Of A Justification For The Draft Resolution On The Adoption Of An Update Of The Plan. The Order Also Includes Preparation Of Documentation Required For The Procedure Of Preparing The Plan And Carrying Out Public Participation Activities.
