The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing Design Documentation For The Creation Of A Hiding Place With U-1 Resistance Category In The Basement Rooms Of The Building Of The 1St Secondary School In Wałcz (Modernization Of The Basement Rooms At The Level Of - 6.32 M In The Western Wing Of The Building Of The 1St Secondary School Named After Kazimierz Wielki Located In Wałcz At Ul. Kilińszczaków 59, Plot No. 4352/1, Registration Area No. 0001, Registration Unit Wałcz-Miasto). The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The West Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Szczecin Under No. A-562 By Decision Kl.Iv-Oa/86/65 Of November 25, 1965. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And An Investors Cost Estimate, Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And As Needed, Other Permits, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required By Separate Regulations (Stage I); 2) Clarifying The Content Or Making Changes To The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Referred To In Point 1 During The Contract Award Procedure For Construction Works Conducted By The Ordering Party (Stage Ii). Stage I Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: Execution Of A Design For The Modernization Of Basement Rooms At The Level Of -6.32 M In The Western Wing Of The Building Of The 1St Secondary School. Im. Kazimierza Wielkiego Located In Wałcz At Ul. Kilińszczaków 59 In Order To Create A Hiding Place With Resistance Category U-1. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Additional Geological Research To Develop Solutions That Guarantee Maximum And Safe Preservation Of The Existing Substance And To Determine Optimal Communication Solutions (Location Of The Tunnel Leading Out Of The Rubble Zone). As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To Obtain: 1) A Decision Of The Locally Competent Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works On An Immovable Monument Entered In The Register Monuments; 2) A Decision On Development Conditions For Changing The Method Of Use And Expanding The Facility With Stairs, Spare Entrances Or Emergency Entrances; 3) A Decision On A Building Permit; 4) Arrangements Regarding Hygiene, Sanitary And Fire Protection Requirements, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations. As Part Of The Order, Before Obtaining The Above-Mentioned Decisions And Arrangements, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Prepare Or Update A Technical Expert Opinion Prepared By A Fire Protection Expert, Regarding The Assessment Of The Building In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Regulations And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions From The Locally Competent Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service Regarding The Proposed Alternative Solutio
