1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Further Management Of Textile Waste (Waste Code 20 01 11) From Rzgok In Wola Pawłowska, Address: Wola Pawłowska 23, 06-400 Ciechanów. The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified, Among Others, In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) 1.1. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be No More Than 250 Mg (Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 150 Mg). The Actual Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management According To The Ordering Partys Needs. The Contractor Cannot Make Any Claims For A Reduction In The Amount Of Collected Waste. 1.2 Textile Waste With Code 20 01 11 Intended For Further Management Comes From Selective Collection And Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points Operated By The Ordering Party. The Waste Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party For Collection In Baled Form. 1.3 Collection Of Textile Waste Will Take Place Successively From Monday To Friday In The Amount Specified In The Unit Order Sent By The Ordering Party By E-Mail To The Contractors Representative Within 2 Days Of Submitting (Sending) The Unit Order. The Expected Number Of Waste Collections By The Contractor In A Single Waste Transport Is Approx. 15-20 Mg.1.4 The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before The Waste Collection Is To Be Carried Out, Will Send An Electronic Notification To The E-Mail Address [email protected] Containing: Time Of Arrival Of The Vehicle, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Semi-Trailer, Name And Surname Of The Driver Along With The Bdo Number Of The Transporter. In The Absence Of Notification Within The Specified Period, The Waste Will Not Be Released And The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. 1.5 Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor And At His Expense From Rzgok In Wola Pawłowska. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Employers Certified Scale. 1.6 The Waste Is Taken Over When The Ordering Party Finishes Loading The Waste Onto The Means Of Transport Provided By The Contractor For Waste Collection.
