The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Travel Services In Europe And Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan) For Participants Of The Oblivion And Eurlo Central Asia 2 Projects, Including The Provision Of Reservation And Purchase Services For Hotel Rooms And Accompanying Services. The Ordering Party Anticipates That During The Implementation Of The Contract, It Will Book Approximately 290 Person-Nights And Will Arrange For The Provision Of Additional Hotel Services (Providing A Conference Room With Conference Equipment, I.E. Projector, Screen, Sound System, Etc., Coffee Breaks, Meals, Etc.). The Above Values Are Indicative And May Change During The Contract Period Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Order Services In Accordance With Current Needs, Up To The Amount Of Its Budget For This Purpose, I.E. Pln 715,000.00 Gross (Total Value Of The Contractors Remuneration For The Reservation And The Cost Of Accommodation, Accompanying Services, Etc.). The Ordering Party Anticipates That Hotel Services And Hotel-Related Services Will Generally Be Provided In European Union And Central Asian Countries, But May Also Be Ordered In Mexico, The United States, Canada, Great Britain, North African Countries, Selected South American Countries, Efta Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway And Switzerland) And Moldova. The Ordering Party Does Not Rule Out The Possibility Of Ordering Hotel Services In Destinations Other Than Those Mentioned Above.
