Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Facilities Maintenance Hard Services at The Commercial Avenue. The Scope of services under this Tender shall cover but not be limited to Hard Facilities Maintenance services pertaining to MEP, Civil/Architectural, ELV, HVAC and Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting categories. Kindly submit your brief Expression of Interest (EOI) on company letterhead by or before 12:00 noon 1st June 2026 to email ID: [email protected]. Upon receiving the same, TCA shall revert to you with a designated link/URL to upload the relevant documents requested above. The final submissions shall be uploaded to such provided link no later than 12:00 noon 4th June 2026. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Should your company be interested in participating in this Vendor Pre-qualification exercise, kindly revert with the following submittals: Valid Company documents - Commercial Registration, Tax Card, Establishment Card Copies of valid ISO Certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Evidence of possession of a minimum of Grade-A MMUP Certification. Evidence of minimum of ten (10) years of business experience within the State of Qatar Evidence of a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the execution of similar Facilities Maintenance contracts of comparable size, nature & complexity. Audited Financial Statement for the last three (3) years. Company Profile and Core Facilities Maintenance capabilities Organization Structure and Key Management and Project Management Team Vendor to submit a copy of valid Qatar In-Country Value (Tawteen) Certificate Evidence to have supplied / employed 150-180 peak manpower for at least three (3) Facilities Maintenance Contracts in the last four (4) years.
