The Law On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Act) Applies To Procurement. The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement Exceeds The Eu Threshold Value For Goods Procurement According To Section 26 Of The Procurement Act. Based On The Procurement Procedure, A Framework Arrangement Is Formed. The Main Products Procured Through The Framework Arrangement Are Listed In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders, Price Form. The Procurement Procedure Is The Open Procedure According To Section 32 Of The Procurement Act. The Procurement Concerns The Framework Arrangement According To Section 42 Of The Procurement Act. The Three (3) Bidders Ranked Best In The Comparison Will Be Selected As Framework Contract Suppliers For The Framework Arrangement. The Basis For Comparison Of The Offers Is Overall Economic Affordability, Which Is Based On The Lowest Total Comparative Price. If There Are Fewer Than Three (3) Bidders, All Bidders Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements And Who Have Submitted A Bid In Accordance With The Request For Bids Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. In Addition To The Actual Contract Period, The Procurement Includes Two (2) Option Periods, Which Are One (1) Year Long (1+1). The Adoption Of Options Is The Purchasing Entitys Right, But Not Its Obligation. The Main Goal Of The Framework Arrangement Is To Ensure The Purchasing Unit The Products That Meet The Procurement Units Needs For Construction Training Throughout The Contract Period. The Procurement Unit Acquires Goods From Framework Contract Suppliers During The Contract Period According To Its Needs. The Procurement Unit Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation And The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Minimum Purchase Quantities. The Framework Agreement Does Not Give The Framework Agreement Suppliers Exclusive Rights To The Deliveries That Are The Subject Of Procurement. The Purchasing Unit Has The Right To Purchase Wood Products Also From Outside This Framework Arrangement.
