Pohde Requests Offers For Insurance Broker Services, Which Includes The Following Components: Insurance Maintenance And Administration • Checking New Insurance Documentation And Invoicing • Insurance Administration, Maintenance And Updating • Implementation Of Insurance Changes Requested By The Customer And Termination Of Insurance Contracts • Preparation Of Insurance Guidelines • Obtaining Insurance Certificates And Other Insurance Documents Requested By The Customer • Necessary Negotiations / Training / Organizing Annual Meetings With The Customer And/Or Insurance Companies• Assisting The Customer And Advising On Compensation Issues Insurance Coverage Tendering 2027• Making Insurance Plans, Insurance Analysis And Request For Offers In Accordance With The Principals Decisions• Requesting And Receiving Insurance Offers And Their Impartial Comparison• Providing The Necessary Information For The Offer/Insurance Contract To Insurance Companies If Insurance Coverage Is Tendered During The Contract Period Of 2027 In Addition To The Competition, The Matter Will Be Agreed Separately. The Request For Tender Covers The Following Types Of Insurance: Insurances Included In The Welfare Areas Insurance Coverage Include, Among Others, Personal Insurance - Occupational Accident And Occupational Disease Insurance - Voluntary Accident Insurance - Travel Insurance Liability And Legal Insurance - Public Entity Liability Insurance - Public Entity Administration Liability Insurance - Legal Security Insurance Property Insurance - Buildings - Movable Property - Special Compensation Amounts Interruption Insurance- Dependency Interruption Insurance- Additional Expense Interruption Insurance- Epidemic Interruption Insurance Vehicle Insurance- Traffic Insurance- Car Insurance Installation And Construction Work Insurance- Construction Work Insurance The Contract Period Begins On January 1, 2027 And Continues Indefinitely Thereafter. The Amounts Stated In The Request For Quotation Are Estimates. The Customer Is Not Committed To The Indicated Quantities, But The Quantities May Be Smaller Or Larger.
