Laplands Welfare Area Is Renewing Elevators At Lapland Central Hospital (Ounasrinteentie 22, 96400 Rovaniemi) And Länsi-Pohja Hospital (Kauppakatu 25, 94100 Kemi). There Is One (1) Lift For Lapland Central Hospital And Two (2) For Länsi-Pohja Hospital. The New Elevators Will Be Installed In Accordance With The Current Regulations, So That The Inspection Fees And The Dismantling Of The Old Elevators, As Well As Removal And Recycling Costs Are Included In The Contract. The Costs Of The Sim Card Of The Voice Communication Device Are Included In The Stated Contract Prices. In Addition, The Bidder Commits To A Minimum 20-Year Delivery Guarantee For The Original Or Equivalent Spare Parts Of The Elevators. The Bidder Must Have At Least One (1) Reference Site Located In Kemi Or Rovaniemi, Where The Bidder Has Installed A Corresponding Device According To The Offered Device. A Separate Equipment Supplier Is Selected For Both Areas. The Selection Criteria In Both Areas Is The Cheapest Price. The Demolition Work Of The Old Elevators Must Be Completed Before The New Elevators And Their Installation Materials Are Delivered To The Site. The Elevators And The Necessary Installation Materials For Them Must Be Delivered To The Destination No Later Than Seven (7) Months After The Contract Enters Into Force. The Elevators Must Be Installed And Made Operational No Later Than Three (3) Months After The Elevators And The Installation Materials Used In Them Have Been Delivered To The Destination.
