The City Of Lohja Requests Your Offer For The Design And Implementation Of A 350 M2 Sandblasting Wreath Warehouse To Be Built At Levysepäntie 10 Depot In Lohja In Accordance With The Attached Documents. The Hall Must Be Able To Store 1500 M3 Of Wreaths. The Site Is Located In The Citys Depot Area, Which Is In Normal Use For The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account In His Construction Site Arrangements. The Sites Earthworks Will Be Carried Out By The Customer. The Hall Supplier Is Responsible For Preparing The Building Permit Drawings And Other Plans And Calculations Required By The Permit, Including Implementation Plans. The Hall Supply Is Performed As The Main Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Design, Delivery And Installation Of The Sandblasting Wreath Storage At The Construction Site. In The Project, The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor In Accordance With The Legislation And The Yse 1998 Conditions (Section 4, Subsection 2) And Is Responsible For Site Services. The Contract Is Implemented As A Fixed-Price Overall Contract And The Main Contractor Is The Hall Supplier. The Contract Must Be Completed And Received In Its Entirety By November 30, 2026.
