Laplands Welfare Area Is Preparing A Flexible Service Provider Register For Services Organized On The Basis Of The Disability Services Act (675/2023). An Information Session Open To Everyone Regarding The Preparation Of The Procurement, Which Discussed All Service Categories At A General Level, Was Organized On April 28, 2026. As Part Of The Further Preparation Of The Procurement, Laplands Welfare Area Now Invites Service Providers To A Service Category-Specific Market Dialogue. The Invitation Applies To Two (2) Different Service Categories As Follows: • Service Category 2: Personal Assistance Of A Disabled Person; And• Service Category 3: Special Inclusion Support For A Disabled Person. The Service Descriptions Of Service Category 2 And Service Category 3 Provided As An Attachment To The Invitation Are Preliminary Descriptions Of The Content Of The Services. The Service Descriptions Do Not Constitute A Contractual Relationship And Do Not Anticipate The Conditions Of Future Tenders Or Acceptance Into The Service Provider Register. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Get The Views Of Service Providers For The Further Development Of Service Descriptions. The Market Dialogue Is Organized In Accordance With Section 65 And Section 109 Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Market Dialogue Is Not Binding On Laplands Welfare Region Or The Service Providers Participating In It, And Participation In It Is Not A Prerequisite For Subsequent Participation In The Procurement Procedure. Market Dialogue Time: Friday 12 June 2026 At 8:00 A.M.–10:00 A.M. Place: Teams Remote Connection The Event Is Interactive, And It Deals With Questions Submitted In Advance By Service Providers And Conducts Related Questions Discussion. Target Group The Market Dialogue Is Aimed At Service Providers Who Produce Or Plan To Produce Personal Assistance And/Or Special Inclusion Support Services For A Disabled Person And Are Interested In Participating In The Planned Service Provider Register Of The Lapland Welfare Region. Registration We Ask Service Providers Participating In The Market Dialogue To Register By Friday 5 June 2026 At 14:00 By Filling In The Information Requested In The Other Conditions Section Of The Invitation. Those Who Have Registered Will Be Sent A Separate Teams Invitation After The Registration Period Has Ended.
