In The Municipality Of Masku (Headquarters Masku, Lemu, Askainen), Approx. 10,000M2 Of Old Pavements Are Renewed Annually. The Main Part Is Site-Planned Roads Ab 16/120 And The Share Of Light Traffic Lanes Is Approx. 1000 M² Ab 11/100. The Lifting Of Manhole Covers Is Part Of The Contract. Adhesion Of Pavement Aggregates And Bitumen Is Demonstrated In Accordance With The Asphalt Standards. The Contract Includes The Necessary Cleaning Of Pavements. The Sites Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Valid Asphalt Standards (Quality And Construction Method). The Quality Of The Asphalt Must Be Verified (Amount Of Binder, Aggregate). Also, Properties Owned By The Municipality May Have Minor Paving Needs During The Summer. The Given Price List Also Applies To Them. The Contract Is A Unit Price Contract For The Finished Work. The Unit Prices Must Include All Work Steps, Materials, Personnel And Work Management Work Necessary To Complete The Work. The Quantities Indicated In The Unit Price List Are Estimated Averages Of The Quantities Realized Each Year. The Announced Amounts Are Not Binding On The Customer. The Contract Can Be Extended With The Original Terms By The Customers Decision For The Option Period 1 May 2027-31 December 2027. The Customer Will Notify The Exercise Of The Option By 31 December 2026.
