Concession Management Service Daigua Pottable And Clavegueram Service.The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Services Associated With The Domestic Drinking Water Supply Service And Sewerage Management Of The Municipality Of Portbou, Through Indirect Management In The Form Of A Concession, Which Include The Network And Other Elements Necessary For The Supply And Distribution Of Water From The Outlet Of The Municipal Tank To The Junctions With The Users In The Case From The Water Supply Service, And The Network Where The Sewerage System From The Users Is Connected To The High Pumping Stations, Which Are Already The Competence Of Another Administration, In The Terms And With The Scope Established In The Set Of Administrative Clauses (Pcap) And The Set Of Technical Prescriptions (Ppt), As Well As The Rest Of The Documentation That Has A Contractual Character In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Present Specification. Similarly, This Document Will Relate To The Network And The Facilities Linked To The Service (Inventory Of Goods Assigned To The Drinking Water Supply And Sewerage Service), The Current Status Of The Drinking Water Supply Network (Diagnosis And Current Status Of The Drinking Water Supply Network) And The Execution Of The Investment Works Contemplated In This Contract And In The Complementary Documentation (List Of Mandatory Investments). The Concessionaire Will Also Be In Charge Of The Collection Of Any Other Concept That The City Council Wishes To Include In The Water Cycle Bill And Will Make A Transfer To The Portbou City Council Of The Collection For The Part That Corresponds To It And Is Overdue, Without Any Additional Cost And Within A Maximum Period Of 30 Days From Its Collection.
