Pasteurized Milk; Transported And Stored At A Maximum Temperature Of 7.0ºc; Presented As An Opalescent, Homogeneous White Liquid With A Characteristic Odor; It Must Not Contain Foreign Substances In Its Composition, Packaged In A Plastic Bag, Non-Toxic And Appropriate To The Product, With Date Of Manufacture And Expiration Date. Note: The Milk Must Meet The Standards Of The Ministry Of Agriculture, Livestock And Supply (Mapa) And The National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), Especially Regarding Microbiological, Physical-Chemical And Identity And Quality Standards. It Must Comply With Normative Instruction No. 76/2018 And No. 77/2018 Of Mapa. The Product Must Present: • Minimum Fat Content According To Legislation (Pasteurized Milk) • Absence Of Unallowed Preservatives • Labeling According To Current Legislation • Registration With The Competent Body (Sif, Sisp Or Yes).
