Preventive Maintenance On Laundry Equipment (Washer And Dryer)Provision Of Specialized Technical Preventive Maintenance Services, To Be Carried Out Periodically, With An Interval Of 3 (Three) Months, Including, At A Minimum: General Inspection Of Equipment (Washer And Dryer); Internal And External Cleaning Of Components; Checking And Adjusting Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Parts; Lubrication Of Mobile Components; Checking Hoses, Connections, Sealing And Drainage Systems; Analysis Of Noise, Vibrations And Operational Performance; Operational Tests After Execution Of Services; Issuance Of A Detailed Technical Report On The Condition Of The Equipment And Any Recommendations. Frequency: Quarterly (Every 3 Months). Corrective, On Demand, Intended For The Repair Of Faults Or Defects Presented In The Equipment, Including: Technical Diagnosis To Identification Of Problems; Carrying Out Mechanical, Electrical And/Or Electronic Repairs; Replacement Of Damaged Parts And Components (When Necessary); Adjustments And Adjustments To Restore Full Functioning; Operational Tests After Execution Of Services; Issuance Of A Technical Report With A Description Of The Service Performed And Replaced Parts.
