Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and Warranty of Various (Machines - Instruments - Equipment) for the Government Printing Press at the Ministry of Information. Documents Price KD 1000 Documents may Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) be obtained from Important conditions and instructions: 1- The tender is indivisible. 2- All documents must be submitted on an uncopyable CD, except for the tender form and the initial bid bond, which must be submitted as hard copies. 3- A valid certificate of compliance with the national labor percentage issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted. 4- A valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower must be attached, stating no suspension on the bidders file regarding government contracts. 5- SME owners are exempt from document fees provided they attach a valid certificate from the National Fund for SME Care and Development. Bid Bond: KD 45000 valid for 90 days in favor of CAPT. Pre-tendering meeting: Will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, 24/06/2026, at the Government Printing Press Directors meeting room Ground Floor - Ministry of Information Building 2 in Shuwaikh. Inquiries: Must be submitted to the concerned entity at the pre-tendering meeting. The text of the tender documents will be posted on the web site of CAPT for information before purchasing the tender documents. The offers should be submitted not later than 1:00 p.m. on the closing date mentioned above. The tenderers should observe the instructions related to submitting and depositing the offers on the CD posted on the website of CAPT at www.capt.gov. kw The above-mentioned price should be paid by certified cheque or Knet. Contractors/ companies should submit their enquiries to the interested body at time and place which are mentioned above of the pre-tendering meeting (inquiry session). Enquiries sent to CAPT will be disregarded. All documents should be submitted on CDs that cannot be copied, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted on paper.
