Tenders are invited for Trainer Customer Service & Sales Call for Trainer | Customer Service & Sales Under the UNICEF Lebanon Learning to Earning Programme, implemented by PI Foundation, we are seeking an experienced and skilled trainer to deliver a Customer Service & Sales training for 20 vulnerable Lebanese and refugee youth in Chouf. The programme aims to equip youth with practical employability and vocational skills that improve their access to employment and income-generation opportunities. Scope of Services The trainer will be leading an in-person Customer Service & Sales training programme targeting vulnerable Lebanese and refugee youth aged 1629 years old. There will be a total of 20 training days, with sessions delivered for 4 hours per day between 1 PM and 5 PM or 2 PM and 6 PM. The training starts by the beginning of July 2026. Key areas to be covered: Customer service principles and communication skills Sales techniques and negotiation skills Handling customer complaints and difficult situations Workplace professionalism and ethics Client relationship management Practical exercises and simulations Qualifications and Requirements This call welcomes applications from independent trainers/consultants or legal entities based in Lebanon. Strong background in customer service, sales, business, retail, hospitality, or related fields Proven experience in delivering trainings and workshops Prior experience working with youth is an asset Strong facilitation and communication skills Ability to deliver practical and interactive sessions Ability to adapt content to youth needs and labour market realities Expected Deliverables The selected trainer will be responsible for: Delivering the full Customer Service & Sales training programme Preparing and adapting training materials and exercises Monitoring participant engagement and attendance Coordinating with the PI Foundation team regarding implementation and reporting Adhering to the relevant procurement procedures (quotation, signature of a service agreement, invoice, receipt, MOF certificate and/or ID/Passport, and programmatic deliverables) Submitting a feedback report to inform the program team on the progress of each of the beneficiaries following the end of the program duration How to apply To apply, interested candidates should submit: Updated CV Brief description in the email of similar projects/trainings previously implemented Filled quotation form indicating their financial offer (check the attached template) Applications should be sent by email to [email protected] with the subject: "Learning to Earning - Customer Service & Sales Trainer 2026 Due to the expected high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
