Tenders are invited for Operation and Maintenance of La Brasserie Transfer Station and Transportation of Wastes from La Brasserie Transfer Station to Mare Chicose Landfill for a Period of 7 Months. 1. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Solid Waste Management Division) is inviting bids from Service Providers through the Government eProcurement System for Operation and Maintenance of La Brasserie Transfer Station and Transportation of Wastesfrom La Brasserie Transfer Station to Mare Chicose Landfill for a Period of 7 Months. 2. Bidding is restricted to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius. 3. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: SWMD/IFB/2025/212 4. A Pre-Bid Site Meeting will be held as per the date and place mentioned in Section II: Bid Data Sheet ITB 9.1(b) of the Bidding Document. 5. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Wednesday 17 June 2026 up to 13.00 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest.(Local Time). 6. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Wednesday 17 June 2026 as from 16.01hours (Mauritian Time) till Friday 19 June 2026 up to 13.00 hours (Local Time). 7. Bids will be opened online on Friday 19 June 2026 2026 as from 13.01 hours (Mauritian Time) up to 16.00 hours (Mauritian Time(Local Time) in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at theaddress given hereunder: The Conference Room Solid Waste Management Division 3rd Floor, Nexsky Building Cybercity, Ebene 8.
