Tenders are invited for Design - Construction of a Modern Industrial Pig Slaughterhouse and ColdStore in Yaoundé as Well as Supply, Assembly and Commissioning of Equipment; Training of Personnel and Technical Assistance The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter referred to as the Bank to finance the Livestock and Fish Farming Value Chain Development Project (LFVDP), and intends to use part of this loan to make payments under the Contracts for the design, supply and assembly of equipment for the Modern Industrial Pig Slaughterhouse and Cold Store in Yaoundé. Under this Contract, the Borrower shall make payments using the Direct Payment method of disbursement, as defined in the Banks Guidelines and Procedures, except for those payments for which the contract stipulates that payment shall be made by documentary credit. 2. The National Coordinator of the LFVDP hereby, invites eligible bidders to submit in a sealed envelope their bids for the design and construction of a modern industrial pig slaughterhouse and cold store in Yaoundé, as well as the supply, assembly and commissioning of equipment; training of personnel and technical assistance in Cameroon, including the following equipment; pipe handle separators, exit gate, safety barrier-like posts, Lift, bleeding rail, blood collection tube, bleeding conveyor, roadworks, etc. The execution time is twenty four (24) months. 3. The procedure shall be carried out through Open International Invitation to Tender defined in the African Development Bank Contracting Framework of October 2015, which came into force on January 1, 2016.
