SUBMISSION TENDER DOCUMENT Completed Technical and financial bid should be Submitted to the office of Deputy Director Procurement, Jigawa State Ministry Water Resources, Block BNew State Secretariat Complex Dutse and not later than 3rd July 2026 by 12:00noon. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a forwarding letter dully signed by company representative under the companys Letter Headed Paper bearing the CAC Registration Number (RC), Contact address, Telephone number (preferably GSM No) and e-mail address. The financial bid should contain a bid security of not less than 2% of the quoted amount in a form of bank guarantee or insurance Bond. The bid validity period should be 90 days from the deadline of the bid submission date. 6. OPENING OF BIDS Bids will be opened at the Ministrys Conference Hall immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon I. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission will be returned un-opened; II. Only the financial bids ofsuccessful pre-qualified bidders will be opened, while those for the un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened; III. This advert shall not be constructed commitment on the part of the Jigawa State Ministry of Water Resources by virtue of such company having responded to this advertisement. IV.
