Request for proposals for Conducting Technical Trainings, Coaching and follow-ups for Fish Farmers and Hatchery Operators in the Southern Region of Malawi Your technical & financial proposals should be submitted via email in 2 separate PDF formats to: [email protected] by 5th June 2026, 16:30p.m. Objectives Strengthen the technical and managerial capacity of small-scale fish farmers and hatchery operators to increase sustainable aquaculture production. Specific objectives include: Improve knowledge and skills in climate-smart, sustainable aquaculture production systems. Enhance productivity through climate-resilient pond management, hatchery operations, and feed/water quality practices. Ensure at least 40% womens participation and promote youth-led farms as key actors in climate adaptation. Conduct post-training coaching loops to support on-farm adoption of climate-smart practices.
