Date Added: May 21, 2026 Deadline: 27/05/2026 Category: Event Management ROYAL HERITAGE HEALTH FOUNDATION (RHHF) is a non-Governmental and not for profit Organization committed to creating a society where the poor and vulnerable have equal access to quality education, health, infrastructure and dignity of human person. RHHF is one of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Implementing Partners (IPs) in executing projects in different parts of the country. The ongoing humanitarian crisis in the BAY states continues to put women and adolescent girls at immense risk, making the survival of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services a literal lifeline. At the same time, rising vulnerabilities and displacements in North-Central Nigeria specifically in Benue states have created an urgent need to step in, scale up, and set up protective and empowering frameworks. This Request for Invitation to Bid (ITB) is critical to keeping our established operations running smoothly in the northeast while rapidly kicking off much-needed emergency interventions, facility upgrades, and targeted economic empowerment activities across Benue. In the BAY states, this procurement will directly sustain our work across Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS), Integrated Health Facilities (IHF), and One-Stop Centers (OSC). These locations are not just service points; they are safe havens where survivors access confidential case management, mental health support, and critical medical care like the Clinical Management of Rape (CMR). The funds and supplies from this ITB will ensure these spaces stay fully stocked, safe, and operational so that any woman or girl walking through the doors gets immediate, uninterrupted care without facing further trauma or stigma. Over in Benue State, we are essentially building a protective network to respond to the growing crisis. This ITB covers the immediate training of frontline health workers and partners on survivor-centered care, ensuring they have the skills to handle sensitive cases safely. We are also setting up regular coordination meetings to bring local actors together, map out smooth referral pathways, and avoid repeating efforts. A major piece of this work will be upgrading local facilities renovating Health Facilities for private medical exams, securing WGSS sites, and fixing up Youth-Friendly Spaces (YFS) so adolescents have a safe place for peer support and age-appropriate reproductive health info.
