Tenders are invited for Procurement of Level Crossing Monitoring System to Sri Lanka Railways A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address of the Office of the Railway Procurement Sub Department, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka from 19/05/2026 to 15/06/2026 up to 3.00 p.m. on payment of a non-refundable procurement fee of Rs. 20,000/- only. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security. Amount of Bid Security shall be Rs. 1,000,000.00 and shall be an unconditional guarantee issued by a bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
