Music Therapy - Provision Of A Service Consisting In Conducting Group Music Therapy Classes Of An Integration Nature For Seniors - 30 Participants Of The Support Center Run In The Form Of The Day Care Home. The Service Will Be Provided At The Headquarters Of The Support Center And Addressed To Older People Using The Offer Of The Day Care Home, Including People Experiencing Loneliness, Reduced Social Activity, Health Limitations And Age-Related Adaptation Difficulties.1.1. Scope And Form Of Service Implementation - The Service Includes Conducting Cyclical Group Classes Of A Workshop Nature, Carried Out By A Qualified Music Therapist. Each Meeting Will Be Carried Out According To A Fixed Structure, Including In Particular: Musical Greeting, Rhythmic And Breathing Exercises, Elements Of Singing, Vocal And Instrumental Improvisation, Playing Music Together, Relaxation And Calming Exercises, Elements Of Conversation, Exchange Of Experiences And Mutual Support. The Classes Will Be Adapted To The Psychophysical Capabilities Of The Participants, Taking Into Account Their Health Condition And Possible Age-Related Limitations. The Workshop Format Will Enable Seniors To Actively Participate, Freely Express Emotions And Establish And Strengthen Social Relationships.1.3. Required Qualifications Of The Contractor/Person Providing The Service - The Classes Will Be Conducted By A Person With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience Enabling The Proper Implementation Of The Service For Older People. The Person Providing The Service Is Required To Meet At Least The Following Conditions: Completed Higher Education (Bachelors Or Masters Degree) In Music Therapy, Pedagogy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education Or Other Related Fields, Or Completed A Course Or Training In The Field Of Music Therapy Confirmed By A Certificate.1.6.
