The proposed customer service center will be occupying an existing building which has a total area of 76 square meters. The current building has no air conditioning units, as shown in the existing floor layout plan. The existing building has an indoor open space area, pantry, an office, and a toilet. The proposed customer service center will include a customer service center area, head office, chief office, visitors toilet, staff toilet, and a small coffee corner. The customer service center area will include a customer waiting area, customer self-service section and two customer service offices. The scope of work for the proposed customer service center will include the required construction work, electricity, IT connections, air conditioning, furniture and accessories.
