Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of An Independent Expert Assessment By A Certified Energy Auditor Of The Results Of The Implemented Energy Efficiency Measures On Projects Of The Municipality Of Shumen

The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into Separate Positions. The Following Activities Should Be Carried Out For Each Specific Position For The Respective Building: Preparation Of A Report On The Evaluation Of The Results Of The Implemented Measures To Increase The Energy Efficiency In The Building, In Which The Implemented Energy Efficiency (Ee) Measures Will Be Described And Their Compliance With The Prescriptions In The Ee Survey, And An Evaluation Of The Results Of The Implemented Measures Will Be Made For Each Specific Building. Preparation Of A Protocol To Confirm The Achieved Energy Savings In Existing Buildings For The Purposes Of The Npvu For Each Building. For Each Specific Position, In Accordance With The Current Regulations, The Participants Should Provide The Following Experts Whose Professional Experience Is Subject To Evaluation: Team Leader - Heating Expert And/Or Equivalent Specialty According To The Current Regulations In The Country From Which The Relevant Expert Is; Key Expert 1 - Construction Engineer Pgs And/Or An Equivalent Specialty According To The Current Regulations In The Country Where The Expert Is From; Key Expert 2 – Construction Engineer Electrical Engineer And/Or Equivalent Specialty According To The Current Regulations In The Country From Which The Expert Is. According To The Data From The Technical Passports, The Objects Subject To Intervention Under The Specific Positions Fall Within The Scope Of The Third And Fourth Categories Of The Zut. The Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Participants Is Described In The Technical Specifications.
