Tenders Are Invited For Drinks Vending Machines And Facilities

Scope Of The Assignment The Municipality Of Ede Has Five Main Locations, With A Total Of 40 Hot Drinks Vending Machines Spread Across The Locations. The Situation Is Specified In Appendix 8.1, Including The Purchase Of Ingredients Per Location. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Following Activities:  The Supply (Lease), Installation And Maintenance Of (Hot And Cold) Drinks Vending Machines At All Main Locations In The Municipality Of Ede;  First Line And Second Line Faults;  Supplying Ingredients And Condiments For The (Hot And Cold) Drinks Machines At All Main Locations In The Municipality Of Ede;  Daily Filling Of Ingredients, Condiments And Cleaning Of The (Hot And Cold) Drinks Machines;  Stock Management Of Ingredients And Condiments At All Main Locations In The Municipality Of Ede. The Municipality Of Ede Is Working On A Major Redevelopment Plan, Which Is Expected To Be Completed In 2030. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Maintain The High Estimated Contract Value. For This Tender, A Ceiling Tender Of € 210,000 Excluding Vat Per Year Applies For The Municipality Of Ede. This Means An Estimated Value Of A Maximum Of € 1,680,000 For The Municipality Of Ede Over The Total Duration Of The Agreement, Including Option Years.
