Metsähallitus Tenders The Renovation Contract For The Interior Of The Campsites Maintenance Building In Accordance With This Tender Request And The Attached Material. The Site Is Located At: Kylmäuloman Recteilykeskus, Pajuluomantie 20, 93540 Tyrövaara The Contract Includes The Renovation Of The Interior Of The Maintenance Building Connected To The Camping Center. In The Renovation, All Of The Buildings Service Water Pipes, Water Fixtures, Floor Surfaces, Wall And Ceiling Surfaces Of The Saunas And Washrooms, As Well As Some Of The Windows And Interior Doors Will Be Renewed. The Lighting, Sauna Heaters With Control Centers, As Well As Floor Thermostats And Heating Radiators Will Be Renewed. The Scope Of Work, Materials And Scope Are Presented More Precisely In The Documents And Plans Attached To The Request For Tender. The Tenderer Must Familiarize Himself With The Attached Materials Carefully Before Submitting The Offer. The Construction Work Will Be Fully Completed In Accordance With This Request For Tender And The Attached Materials. Start Of The Contract: 5 October 2026 Contract Period: Approximately 8 Weeks The Contract Must Be Fully Completed And Available For The Customer To Receive By 3 December 2026 This Is A Total Contract Which Will Be Carried Out At A Total Price And The Contract Will Comply With The General Contract Terms Of The Construction Contract Yse 1998 (Rt 16–10660). The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 - § 4 Of Yse If Nothing Else Is Mentioned In The Request For Tender Or In The Attached Material. The Customer Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting The Offer. The Presentation Of The Project Is On Thursday 18 June 2026 At 12:30-15:00. Pre-Registration For The Presentation On June 16, 2026 At By 16:00 By E-Mail To [email protected]. The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement Does Not Exceed The National Threshold, So The Law On Public Procurement Does Not Apply. Offers Made In Other Ways Will Not Be Accepted.
