The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Use An Efficient, Safe And Ergonomic Tractor For The Year-Round Maintenance Of Sports Facilities. This Purchase Includes A Replacement Tractor, Which The Bidder Must Take Into Account. The Bidder Has The Option To Offer A Demonstration Machine As Well. The Bidder Must Provide The Refund Price Of The Replacement Tractor And The Price Of The New Or Demonstration Machine. The Selection Criteria For The Offers Is The Overall Economic Affordability, And The Cheapest Price (The Cheapest Comparison Price) Is Used As Its Basis. The Comparison Price (Vat 0%) Is Calculated As Follows: Price Of The Machine Offered - Price Of The Machine To Be Reimbursed = Comparison Price
