The Procurement Unit Uses The Answers To The Request For Information To Deepen Market Understanding. Based On The Answers Received, The Procurement Unit Can Invite A Selected Group Of Suppliers To Detailed, Bilateral Discussions In September-October 2026. The Purpose Of The Discussions Is To Deepen A Common Understanding Of The Solutions On The Market, Their Development Directions, And Their Suitability For The Citys Needs, And To Examine Alternative Technical Solution Models.
