The City Of Akaa Is Requesting Offers For Bakery Products For The Period September 1, 2026-August 31, 2028. In Addition, The Contract Includes An Option To Extend The Procurement For The Period September 1, 2028 - August 31, 2029. The Subscriber Can Activate The Option By Notifying It Four Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. The Procurement Includes Bread, Rolls, Pies, Coffee Sandwiches And Filled Cakes Delivered To Offices In The City Of Aka. Estimated Consumption Amounts Are Based On Valid Menus And Changes In Them May Cause Changes In Consumption Amounts. Breads Should Be Sliced, Slices Of Bread And Rolls Should Be Split. Rolls, Pieces Of Bread And Pies Must Be Delivered Loose And Packed In A Bag. The Products Must Meet The Current Finnish Nutritional Recommendations And The Requirements Set For The Nutritional Quality Of Early Childhood Education And School Meals. Deliveries Must Be Made To The Citys Offices At The Times Indicated In Appendix 1. Deliveries Must Work According To The Schedule Announced By The Customer Throughout The Contract Period. The Subscriber Informs The Service Provider Of All Changes To The Route Or Schedule As Early As Possible Before The Route Change Begins. During The Contract Period, New Delivery Points Can Be Negotiated If There Are Site-Specific Changes. Orders Are Placed Using The Suppliers Ordering System Or Through The Suppliers Customer Service By Phone Or Email. The Supplier Always Sends The Customer An Acknowledgment Of Receiving The Order Or A Separate Order Confirmation. The Order Must Be Able To Be Changed By The Customer Until 12 Noon On The Day Before Delivery. The Customer Complains To The Supplier About An Error Or Deficiency Immediately, And The Complaint Must Be Answered As Soon As Possible, Depending On The Subject Of The Complaint. The Supplier Must Provide Purchase Statistics Upon Request. The Customer And The Supplier Meet A Couple Of Times A Year In The Context Of A Cooperation Meeting. The Customer Reserves The Right To Order Small Quantities Of Bakery Products Also From A Contract Partner Coming Through This Procurement Procedure, E.G. For Various Themed And Campaign Events.
