North Karelias Procurement Department Requests An Offer For A Pv And Network Simulator Intended For Microgrid Modeling. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Pv And Network Simulators Must Be Suitable For Dynamic Use, Where The Control Logic, Use Cases And Integrations Can Change During The Project. In Terms Of The Results Of The Akkue Project, The Emphasis In Procurement Is On The Transparency Of Interfaces And Access To Information. The Simulators Will Be Placed As Part Of The Energy Technology Laboratory And The Microgrid That Will Be Built There. The Simulators Are Used For Modeling And Optimizing The Production Of Photovoltaic Systems, Simulating The Operation And Loads Of The Electricity Network, Analyzing Consumption And Production Profiles, Testing Strategies Guided By The Price Of Electricity, Developing Operating Models For Energy Communities, Simulating Participation In Reserve And Flexibility Markets, And Research, Development And Piloting Use. The Devices Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities, E.G. In Terms Of Structure, Equipment, Work And Fire Safety, And Electrical Safety.
