The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Obtain Nin Mapping Of Selected Areas As A Basis For The Municipalitys Further Planning Work. The Mapping Shall Strengthen The Decision-Making Basis For Assessing Whether Areas Can Be Continued Or Set Aside For Development, Should Be Taken Out Of The Plan, Or Must Be Investigated In More Detail Before A Decision Can Be Taken On The Use Of The Area. The Suppliers Must Assume That The Results From The Mapping Are To Be Used In The Municipalitys Assessments Under The Natural Diversity Act And As Part Of Screening, Impact Assessment And Political Treatment Of The Area Part Of The Municipal Plan. It Is Therefore Important That The Delivery Provides A Clear, Verifiable And Management-Relevant Knowledge Base. Description Of The Assignment The Procurement Includes Nin Mapping Of Selected Areas In The Municipality, Including Input Areas With An Uncertain Knowledge Base And Existing Development Areas That Must Be Reassessed In The Current Area Section. The Mapping Must Be Carried Out In Line With Current Instructions From The Norwegian Environment Agency For Mapping Habitat Types On Land. The Assignment Includes Planning And Carrying Out Field Mapping, Identification And Classification Of Nature Types, Valuation Of Registered Localities And Compilation Of The Results In A Format That Can Be Used Directly In The Municipalitys Planning Work. The Delivery Must Also Include Digital Map Data, A Table With Registrations, Documented Observations And The Necessary Submission Of Data To The Norwegian Environment Agency. In Addition, The Supplier Must Deliver A Professional Compilation Of The Results, With Assessments Of Management-Relevant Issues, Gray Areas And Areas That Are Close To The Threshold For Being Assessed As Valuable Nature Types. The Results Must Be Presented To The Municipality In A Meeting. The Assignment Must Be Completed By Mid-September. Scope The Municipalitys Review Shows That There Is A Need For Mapping In 57 Input Areas, These Vary In Size From 1 To Over 1000 Daa, A Rough Summation Shows Approx. 8000 Acres.
