Child And Youth Psychological Attention Service Provided From The Department Of Equality, Feminisms And Lgbtiq+ Of The Town Of Sant Pere De Ribes.Contracting Of Child And Adolescent Psychological Care Services Carried Out By The Department Of Equality, Feminisms And Lgbtiq+ Of Sant Pere De Ribes City Council, In Accordance With This Package Of Particular Administrative Clauses And Technical Prescriptions. The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Child And Youth Psychological Care Service Which Is Carried Out By The Department Of Equality, Feminism And Lgbtiq+ Of The Sant Pere De Ribes City Council. The Service Consists Of Psychological Care For Minors In The Municipality, Sons And Daughters Of Women Who Have Suffered Some Type Of Sexist Violence. Adolescent And Young Women Who Have Suffered Sexist Abuse In Their First Couple Relationships Will Also Be Attended To, As Well As Adolescents And Young People, And Their Families Who Will Be Cared For By The Comprehensive Care Service. The Service Includes Coordination And/Or Referrals To Other Services Inside And Outside The Specialized Circuit. The Work And Service Frequencies Will Be Established In The Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp), In The Particular Administrative Clauses (Pcap), And Those Offered By The Tenderer In Its Proposal, Always In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. In The Pptp, The Necessary Human And Technical Resources Are Indicated, The Coordination Functions, The Tasks To Be Performed, Deadlines, Their Conditions And The Technical Specifications Are Set Out, According To The Object Of The Contract.
