Administrative Contract For Maintenance Services Of The Installations Of The Municipal Buildings Of Ajuntamento De Berga.The Object Of This Contract Is The Maintenance And Conservation Tasks Of The Low Voltage Electrical Installations And The Air Conditioning, Heating And Gas Installations Of The Municipal Buildings Of The Municipal Terme Of Berga. It Includes The Provision Of The Services Necessary For Preventive-Normative Maintenance, Urgent Corrective Maintenance And Small Corrective Maintenance Of The Installations Of The Buildings And Municipal Departments Of The City Council Of Berga Described In Appendices I And Ii Of The Particular Technical Prescriptions Package, Which Includes The List Of Buildings And Municipal Facilities, To Be Executed During The Term Of The Contract.
