Competition For The Procurement Of The Integral Maintenance Service Of The Cadaqués Bus Station.The Cadaqués Bus Station Must Have A Continuous Infrastructure Maintenance Service. The Equipment Will Remain Open To The Public 325 Days A Year (From November To February It Is Closed On Weekends And Holidays), Cimalsa, As The Manager Of The Station, Will Have To Guarantee The Safety And Quality Of The Service To The Users. The Service To Be Hired Must Allow To Solve The Basic Maintenance And Conservation Requirements Of The Installation, Including Own Plumbing, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Gardening, Etc. Which Are Typical Of A Public Equipment Of The Characteristics Of The Station. It Must Also Guarantee The Maintenance Of The Technical Installations Of The Fire Protection Systems, Low Voltage Electrical Installation; Air Conditioning And Lighting Of The Building As Established In The Regulations And Subsidiarily In This Document.
