2026-15 Maintenance Service Of Bottle Plants, Pipe Networks And Technical Gas Consumption Points In Pcb Buildings.Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service Of Bottled Power Stations, As Well As Corrective Maintenance Of The Network Of Pipes And Technical Gases Consumption Points Of Laboratories, In The Buildings Of The Barcelona Science Park. The Main Functions To Be Developed Are The Following: • Preventive Maintenance: Carry Out An Annual Review Of All The Technical Gases Pumping Stations In Service In The Buildings Of The Barcelona Science Park. Carry Out The Leakage Inspection Of The Hydrogen Consumption Lines And Points Of The Laboratories Of The Special Reactions Service (Sre). Update The List Of Equipment In Each Annual Review.• Corrective Maintenance: Attend To And Solve Any Anomaly Or Leak Detected In The Central Dampolles, Pipe Networks And Points Of Consumption. Manage Breakdowns.• Coordination, Management And Documentation: Schedule The Dates Of The Revisions To Minimize The Interference With The Activity Of The Laboratories. Prepare And Deliver A Final Report That Contains At Least: Equipment Data, Data Recorded In The Tests, Procedures Used, Corrective Measures And Revision Date. Create And Keep Up-To-Date A Historical List For The Control Of Incidents, Revisions And Repairs Of Each Equipment, Which Will Include Detailed Information On Each Intervention. • Technical Advice: Give Direct Answers To Issues Related To The Maintenance Of The Contract Equipment And Provide Solutions To Facilitate The Organization, Management, Execution And Control Of Maintenance Management. Advise The Barcelona Science Park Foundation In Technical Consultations On The Operation Of The Equipment, Possible Improvements, Renovation Or Expansion Of Installations, Diagnosis, Dispute Resolution And Interpretation Of Regulations.
