The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works, Together With Accompanying And Temporary Works, Consisting In The Construction Of A Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface Located In Tychy At Ul. Legionów Polskich 19 (Plot 4982/50) In Accordance With The Construction Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, Construction Art And Technology Of Work, As Well As Guidelines Of Manufacturers Of Construction Products. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz. The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: • Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Together With Stwior And Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Enabling The Execution Of Construction Works, • Demolition And Dismantling Works, Removal And Disposal, • Construction Of A Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface Along With The Construction Of Substructures And Installation Of Edges, • Construction Of An Access Road And Sidewalk Strip Around The Pitch, • Purchase And Installation Of Pitch Equipment, I.E. Football Goals, Basketball Hoops, Ball Catchers With A Wicket And A Gate, An Information Board, 1 Waste Bin, • Surveying Services, Inspections, Research, Providing Authors Supervision For The Duration Of The Investment, Post-Construction Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of All Persons Performing Construction Works Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. If The Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described. If References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. If The Order Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Manufacturer Or Specific Origin Of The Product, It Should Be Assumed That These Items Contain The Entry Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
