1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Titled Renovation Of The Roof In The Building At Ul. Strumykowa 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Specified In Chapter Ii And Constitute An Annex To The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz Or Specification). 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Works Covered By This Procedure Was Specified In The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Part Of The Technical Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate Of The Planned Works, Specifying The Net And Gross Costs Of The Task, No Later Than On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Bid Construction Cost Estimate Must Be Detailed And Contain The Following Elements: A Cover Page, Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Calculation Of The Unit Prices Used, Table Of Integrated Elements And, In An Attachment, A Detailed Calculation Of Unit Prices With Justification. The Bid Cost Estimate Must Be Approved And Signed By The Contractor And The Works Manager.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor And/Or Subcontractor And/Or Further Subcontractor Of All Persons Performing The Activities Listed In Section 6, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Section For The Duration Of The Order. 6, Hereinafter Referred To As Employees, Under An Employment Contract Under Penalty Of Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.6. Type Of Activities (Necessary To Perform The Order), For The Performance Of Which The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing During The Execution Of The Order: - Installation And General Construction Works (Assembly, Earthworks And Cleaning, Etc.) - Machine Operators Of Equipment And Devices (Operation Of Equipment, Machines And Devices), Covering The Entire Material Scope Of The Order Indicated In The Swz, Technical Documentation And This Contract - The Performance Of Which Includes The Features Of An Employment Relationship Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.7.
