All Materials Incorporated In The Order Should Be Brand New And Unused, Unfabricated And Unregenerated, Free From Defects And Rights Of Third Parties. Each Building Material Must Have An Appropriate Shelf Life, Be Of Good Quality And Have The Certificates Required By Polish Law Allowing Its Use On The Polish Market. All Building Materials Must Comply With The Standards In Force In Poland And The European Union. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials And Devices Previously Approved By The Ordering Party For Installation.
