The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Dirt, Gravel And Bituminous Surfaces Of Municipal Roads In The Szczuczyn Commune, Detailing: A) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Using Cold Mass. The Scope Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: - Installing Road Signs To Protect The Renovated Section Of The Road, - Removing Individual And Group Defects And Repairing Damaged Parts Of The Road Surface, Bicycle Paths, Etc., Elements Of The Road, - Cutting Out The Damaged Areas Of The Road Surface And Giving Them Regular Shapes, - Cleaning The Damaged Areas And Removing Rubble Into A Pile, - Heating The Bitumen And Sprinkling The Repaired Area, - Spreading The Mixture Mineral-Bitumen In One Or Two Layers Depending On The Depth Of Damage, - Compaction Of Individual Layers Of The Mixture, - Loading Of Rubble, Removal And Disposal, - Expected Scope Of Works During The Order Execution Period - Approx. 150 M2, - The Contractors Remuneration Will Be The Unit Price Specified In The Offer Multiplied By The Number Of Works Actually Performed By The Contractor And Accepted By The Ordering Party, - The Amount Of Delivered Mass. Cold Mass Together With Installation, Paving, Profiling And Compaction Will Be Confirmed To The Ordering Party By A Protocol, - The Delivered And Installed Cold Mass Should Be Of Appropriate Quality And Meet The Requirements For The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces, - The Delivered And Installed Cold Mass Must Comply With The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). The Cold Mass Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Standards And Have The Required Legal Provisions, Approvals, Certificates Or Quality Certificates, - In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Cold Mass, The Ordering Party May Have It Tested For Suitability For The Renovation Of Bitumen Surfaces, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Confirmation That The Cold Mass Used For The Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface Complies With The Requirements Of Polish Standards And Has The Required Legal Provisions, Approvals, Certificates Or Quality Certificates, - The Ordering Party May Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Delivered And Incorporated Material Below Or Above The Estimated Amounts. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims On This Account. B) Maintenance (Partial Renovations)/Hardening Of Roads And Ground Surfaces, The Scope Of Services Covered By The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: - Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Dirt Roads (With Crushed Stone/Gravel-Gravel Surfaces), - Hardening Of Access Roads And Ground Surfaces, - Expected Scope Of Works During The Order Execution Period - Approx. 347 M3, - During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Comply With The Provisions On Occupational Health And Safety.
