1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms And The Roof Structure In The Left Wing Of The Attic Floor Of The Building Of The District Educational Center In Warsaw Falenica At Ul. Jachowicza 4.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform Demolition Works: Dismantling The Roof Truss And Roof Covering In The Indicated Fragment, Dismantling Ceilings And Ceilings Along With Smoke Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts, Partition Walls, Windows And Doors To Rooms, Dismantling Pvc Lining, Dismantling Electrical, Telecommunications, Fire Protection, Monitoring And Air Conditioning Installations; 2) Carrying Out Renovation Works: Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss Structure, Installation Of Roofing, Ceilings With Smoke Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts, Installation Of Electrical, Telecommunications And Fire Protection Installations, Monitoring, Air Conditioning, Installation Of Suspended Ceilings, Partition Walls, Installation Of Windows And Interior Doors, Installation Of Carpet; 3) Obtaining The Necessary Consents, Decisions (If Required) And Reporting To Pinb On The Implementation Of The Decision Contained In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Information Regarding The Scope Of Work And Implementation Conditions Is Specified In: Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz);  Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Design Documentation With Bills Of Quantities And Stwir And The Pinb Decision;  Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Text Of The Contract.5. If The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Or The Pinb Decision Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The I
